Terms & Conditions

• Advance Payment: 100% of the total booking amount is due and payable at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• Remaining Balance: Any additional fees, incidental charges, or remaining balances (if applicable) are due later as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Security Deposit: No security deposit is due at the time of booking. However, the guest remains financially liable for any physical damage caused to the villa during their stay.

All paid prepayments and bookings are strictly non-refundable.

• Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed through our secure gateways (Stripe/Airwallex), no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to guest cancellations, changes of plans, or shortened stays.
• By checking the agreement box and completing this transaction, you explicitly acknowledge that you are waiving the right to a refund in the event of a cancellation.

Because our policy is strictly non-refundable, we strongly advise all guests to purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance to protect their financial investment against unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
